Armed with insight from TrueNorth’s Clinical Management Specialist (an in-house Registered Nurse) our Workforce Solutions claims specialist went to work, advocating on the employee’s behalf in pursuit of the best possible outcome. 

Leveraging industry acumen and perseverance, TrueNorth’s claims team was able to successfully work with the medical provider to save CEC’s employee over $40,000 in medical expenses.
